Shipping policy

NatureVisionFlorals is operated by Nature Vision Floral Nursery (proprietor: Pratiksha Prafull Kadam), Gat No. 1216, Bhavarapur Road, Urulikanchan, Tal. Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 412202.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through courier partners. A small number of remote pincodes are not serviceable; if yours is one of them, we will tell you before dispatch and refund the order in full.

We do not ship outside India. Live plants and soil cannot cross borders without plant-health permits.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are calculated from your pincode and order and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges after checkout.

When your order ships

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.
  • Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We do not dispatch plants on days when they would sit in a warehouse over a weekend or public holiday.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS once your order ships.

How plants are packed

Each plant is shipped in its nursery pot with the soil secured so it cannot spill, foliage protected, and the pot braced inside a corrugated box. Open the box as soon as it arrives, keep the plant out of harsh direct sun for a day or two, and follow the care card inside.

Delays and failed deliveries

  • Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can happen; we will keep you updated.
  • If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, the parcel returns to us. Because plants rarely survive a round trip, we can re-send at an additional delivery charge or refund the order minus delivery costs.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as described in our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy, and we will refund that item.
