Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the NatureVisionFlorals online store ("the site"), operated by Nature Vision Floral Nursery (proprietor: Pratiksha Prafull Kadam), Gat No. 1216, Bhavarapur Road, Urulikanchan, Tal. Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 412202 ("NatureVisionFlorals", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

NatureVisionFlorals is a plant nursery selling live plants, seeds, pots, soil, tools and plant-care products to customers in India.

2. Products and descriptions

  • Plants are living and vary naturally. Size, leaf count, colour and shape may differ from the photos, which show a representative plant. Heights and pot sizes are approximate.
  • Some product photos are representative images rather than photos of the exact item.
  • Care information (light, watering, pet safety) is general guidance and not a guarantee of how a plant will grow in your home.
  • "Pet friendly" means the plant is generally listed as non-toxic to cats and dogs. Keep any plant out of reach of pets that chew leaves, and ask a vet if unsure.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Struck-through prices show our regular price (MRP) for comparison.
  • Payments are processed by our payment gateway partners. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver across India and accept prepaid orders only. We do not accept returns or offer replacements; items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are refunded as set out in our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

6. Offers and discounts

Offers (such as "buy any 4 plants, save 20%") apply as described on the site at the time of the order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may change or end without notice. Only one automatic offer applies per order unless stated otherwise.

7. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on the site, including text, design and our own photographs, belongs to NatureVisionFlorals or its licensors. Third-party photos are credited on our Image Credits page.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for plant loss caused by care or conditions outside our control after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Grievances

Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer, whose details are on our Contact Information page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
